Jus Sanguinis

Jus Sanguinis es el régimen racista por el cual se determina que solo los hijos que portan sangre española son reconocidos como sujetos con derecho a la nacionalidad al momento de nacer. De esta manera los hijos de personas migrantes que nacen en el territorio español heredan la nacionalidad de sus padres así como su estatus legal, es así como se inicia el sometimiento a la violenta Ley de Extranjería a los menores racializados desde su nacimiento.

Todos los países miembro de la Unión Europea han ido variando sus legislaciones en relación al derecho de los nacidos en el territorio de manera que en la actualidad el Jus Solis, o derecho de suelo, no se aplica en ningún país miembro.

Desmontemos el mito creado por los ciudadanos de primera categoría, desmontemos las mentiras construidas desde el privilegio: Los hijos de personas migrantes no tienen acceso directo a la nacionalidad española. Los hijos de personas migrantes heredan el estatus legal de sus padres. Los hijos de personas migrantes pueden nacer y ser catalogados automáticamente como "inmigrantes ilegales" por el poder racista colonial.

Mi nombre es daniela ortiz, soy peruana y he vivido durante los últimos 9 años en España. Durante estos 9 años he vivido bajo las leyes de inmigración españolas y europeas. Estoy embarazada y soy madre soltera, my hija o hijo heredará mi nacionalidad así como mi estatus legal. El bebé nacerá el 9 de febrero de 2017 y mi permiso de residencia caduca el 8 de Noviembre de 2016.
Debido a las leyes españolas y europeas y el régimen de Ius Sanguinis, mi hija o hijo será considerado un inmigrante desde su nacimiento. Mi sangre y la sangre de mi bebé no están autorizadas para tener dicha nacionalidad. mi sangre y la sangre de mi bebé son rechazadas por el estado español y los estados europeos.

El es José Emiliano Quiroga, es un ciudadano español. Tuvo derecho directo a la nacionalidad al momento de su nacimiento. Su sangre es reconocida como superior por el sistema legal racista, su sangre le da derecho directo a la nacionalidad. Su sangre esta siendo transferida a mi y a mi bebé.

We need to dismantle the myth created by the first class citizens, we need to dismantle the lies built from their position of privilege:

The daughters and sons of migrant people do not have direct access to the spanish nationality, do not have access to european nationalities. The daughters and sons of migrants inherit the legal status of their parents. The daughters and sons of migrants can be catalogued automatically as “ilegal immigrants” by the racist and colonial laws.
