WATAMU The Launch of the Recycling Centre with Watamu Marine Association

A major celebrations for Watamu Marine Association since we started in 2007. The launch of our Community Waste Recycling Centre, which is much more than recycling, and much more than a business. It is also an example of alternative technologies and green energy enterprises, including permaculture and biogas. It is a showcase for great marine debris art installations. It is a place YOU will want to visit. Supported by Kilifi County Government, Kenya Wildlife Service, and business members of the Watamu and Malindi community.
