Polaris Outlaw IRS 500/525 Rear Differential Teardown and Circlip Modification

In this video i teardown and modify the rear differential of the polaris outlaw 525 irs. This teardown will be the exact same for the polaris outlaw 500 irs model as well. If you are regreasing or changing the rubbers it is vital that you actually remove the differential so you can grease the inside of the diff. If you only apply the grease to the outside of the bearing the odds of the internal diff getting greased is slim to none. New bearings and grease can still cause the clicking noise internally upon spinning of the diff due to no grease internally. Also I suggest grinding the diff down like i did to remove the internal clip holding the bearing in place.
