Our territory, vast and full of game as it is, is packed with destinations for practicing all manner of outdoor sports. These dream-inspiring places are known as outfitters. There, you'll find owners, guides and labourers who chose to dedicate their lives to protecting the wildlife of Quebec and sharing it with anyone who so wishes.Thirteen outfitting operations were selected by the production team through the Quebec Outfitters SMI network. They were chosen to impart variety to the show, based on the services they provide, their geography, and the type of game or fish found there. The field work began in April and since that time, our cameras travelled from the Gaspe Peninsula to the Temiscamingue region and from southern Quebec to James Bay. Our only regret is that we didn't have an opportunity to film the North Shore. Narrated and translated in either of the two official languages depending on the audience, the stories of these outfitters will be told alongside hunting or fishing excursions, as Mother Nature wills it.
