Hobi is the first to admit that he's not a great athlete. However, his hard work and perseverance consistently yielded impressive results.

Hobi is the perfect example that you don't have to work out like an athlete to be strong and gain muscle. Instead, he chose a routine that was perfectly tailored to his body condition. With Hobi being a dancer all his life, his stamina is definitely high. But he credited his stint in the military for giving him even more strength and energy.

Just like Hobi, Taehyung and Jungkook also gained more muscle after their military enlistment. But unlike Hobi, the duo looked like they were working out like athletes! Taehyung and Jungkook are so hooked on getting fit that they even talked about it during their livestream. Taehyung then shared that he and Jungkook started running. Taehyung suddenly said that he wanted to run with Hobi. He added that Hobi used to work out with them and that he prefers to run in the morning.

It's pretty interesting that out of all the members, Taehyung wanted to run with the one who is probably the least athletic. Well, you see, Hobi may struggle in lifting heavy weights, but his dancer legs are extremely strong. Have you seen his leg muscles??

Now we understand why Taehyung wanted to run with Hobi. And that's because Hobi is a great runner. He even managed to run 10km a day in the military. His calves got so big that his mom was shocked when she saw him. Hobi decided to use yoga rings on his calves to maintain his body proportions.

Hobi admitted that his thin wrists prevented him from lifting heavy weights like Tae, JK, and Namjoon.  So Hobi finds a workout that is best for him. Just like what Jungkook said, Hobi is a good runner. And just like what Taehyung said, Hobi prefers a morning run. And his morning run buddy is... Jin. 2SEOK being running buddies makes so much sense.
