Panamericana Ep15 - a 1600km monster ride up North before lockdown - feat. an original song by Süma

Hey everbody! Thank you for reading this :)

Just two days before the lockdown in Chile I decided to go way up North to have a warmer climate. I predicted the lockdown to take about two month so I wanted to be in friendlier climate. In Valle del Elqui temperatures reach about 30 degrees Celsius almost every day and it hardly rains. A good spot to stay a longer time and the Agua Negra pass is just around the corner and as soon as the borders open I continue my travels to Buenos Aires.

The ride from Puerto Montt up to Vicuña was something special. Altho I do not like riding on Interstate Highways, it is a different story if you are almost the only one around. Sometimes six lanes in beautiful nature and just my bike and me, awesome. At the end of the second day I made it through the last of three health check points at the entrance toValle del Elqui and then had the street for myself, zero traffic while riding in the sunset. I will never forget this day. It felt apocalyptic and I liked it haha.

Since I can not produce new riding videos at the moment I am not sure if I can provide new videos in the next weeks and until the borders open up again. I am still under lockdown in the valley.
Maybe I can go on a small day tour now and then. Let's see.
