"How do you create Unity in life and in business?"

John Covey and his wife have been married for 30 years, and when they got married they thought they where completely similar. As time went on they soon realized that they were actually very different. 30 years later and realizing that they have a strong a relationship with each other, how did they do that? They have a common purpose even though they way they are getting there is very diverse. Secondly, they believe in each other's diversity. His difference is strength, and her difference is a strength. John Covey experienced that in the work place, when we have had a common vision and we know where we want to go, but are very different people about going it. The ability to communicate and understand that those differences bring strength to the table can help us get to where we want go in a better way. As we work together it can bring us that unity to where we get to where we want to go.
