He DOXED my Scammer on Xbox...

He doxed my scammer on Xbox. If you guys remember, I was scammed by a 12 year old on Xbox. We nicknamed him Jockey. I made a video about the situation, and he got “popular for all the wrong reasons.” After I made the video, one of my subscribers went on to dox him on his own Xbox account. With almost 200 people commenting on his post on his Xbox account, comments ranged from IP Addresses to his actual location including his ISP. I eventually had him take the dox down but he proved how easy it was to do it in the first place.

I was told that Jockey was doxed. His IP Address was doxed which ended up not being his actual IP Address on Xbox. Then I was told Jockey was doxed on n his own Xbox account. I saw the dox and I realized it was serious. So I ended up messaging the Xbox doxer who happened to be one of my subscribers. We’ll call him AK. I joined AK’s party and had him take the dox down. Some people may feel it’s justice but doxing can be dangerous and I don’t condone it. Yes, jockey is a scammer on Xbox. He knew what he was doing and deserved to be exposed to the Xbox community. But he was still a 12 year old kid. Doxing him was just too far. Jockey did end up apologizing to me. BUT…

I don’t think the scammer meant his apology. On Twitter, I was asked if I was refunded since the scammer was telling people that he refunded me. The scammer NEVER refunded me and was lying to perhaps gain sympathy or to show that he learned his lesson. I saw the chats he was involved with and he was using swear words against other people and maintained his little confident attitude. That doesn’t sound like someone who is truly sorry or someone who learned their lesson. Regardless, he didn’t deserve to be doxed. And when I expose more scammers in the future, refrain from doxing them. Just report them and hope Xbox Enforcement listens to the Xbox community and takes action.
