We are fully within our rights to use the Faber, Hemy, and Walton hymn, "Faith of Our Fathers" as it entered the public domain in the United States of America where we are located and where this Mass with Father Dave was filmed in the year 1975.  Any claim to this hymn's text or music/melody by entities foreign or domestic is invalid.  Additionally, any claim to the use of this hymn as a cover song by entities foreign or domestic are also invalid as the musicians of Church of St Martha performed this hymn and no recording was used.  The original hymn would have entered the public domain in 1958 and the adaptation by James G. Walton, which is what we performed entered the public domain in 1975.  We are fully within our rights to use this hymn.
