On today’s podcast, Amy Chats with Helene Couvrette. The Founder of H~OM Yoga Health & Wellness Center and Co-founder MISTY - Montreal International Symposium on Therapeutic Yoga (MISTY). She Specializes & is Certified in Pain Care Yoga & Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Helene began her journey in 1999 and has acquired over 10,000 hours of teachings since 2002, and has over 1300 hours of education, 800 of which is Yoga Therapy.

Amy and Helene discuss Helen’s background, how to create relationships, how to get rapport, trust and help people feel heard, seen and safe, making choices, learning to grieve and so much more.

They talk about the following:
