There is a weird bug with sanctified reliquary when combining it with double adrenaline surge charged precision strike ground pound. If you get the charges then activate it and the aoe hits the units then you ground pound them, you lose the surge bonus on that hit. To get around this activate it in advance then get the blocks then ground pound, but that is harder to do since the enemy isn't guaranteed to give you the charges before the buff expires.
