Very heavy piece of solid brass.
Includes a screw package, you've got these exceptional large sleeve anchor so when you pull the bold that steel shield comes over makes it exceptionally secure.
Lao you gonna get these three screws and the plastic anchors and you really gonna use, you've got three holes on bottom.
If it was me i wold drill a hole for this bolt get it in location i would probably use this so that i can mark my other holes then drill my three holes for these other anchors i would then tighten down my unit with the extension and then i would run my screws and my extensions anchors.
You have to make sure they are lined up but if you don't use these screws at all it will rotate.

Very appropriate used on these instances where you've got a significant distance between floor , angle of door will come in contact with it, certain use for interior and exterior doors.
