Ingredients:

Ingredients:
• Prairie Fresh Baby Back Ribs
• Heath Riles BBQ Backyard Rib Bundle
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño Rub
• Apple Juice

Directions:
1. Fire up your smoker to 275-300º.
2. Trim your ribs and skin the membrane.
3. Season ribs with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ and Garlic Jalapeño Rubs. Allow the rubs to sweat in for about 10 minutes.
4. After your ribs sweat, place hanging hooks in the smaller side of your rib. You want the bigger, meatier part of the rib to hang closer to the fire.
5. Hang ribs in the smoker and let them cook for 20-25 minutes before checking and spinning.
6. After 20-25 minutes, spin your ribs and shut the grill lid for another 20 minutes.
7. Spin ribs and let them go for another 20 minutes.
8. After an hour and 20 minutes, take the ribs off the smoker and wrap in Heath Riles BBQ Butter Bath and Wrap and apple juice.
9. Place the ribs back on the smoker on a grill rack and set a timer for 30 minutes. Rotate after 15 minutes.
10. Once your ribs are hitting 203-210º, pull them off the smoker and let them rest.
11. Sauce ribs with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce and place them back on the smoker for another 10 minutes to caramelize.
12. Pull your ribs, let them rest, and then enjoy!
