I always start on the stock/fat side with these, do a couple runs, then switch to the bass cut side, which almost always sounds better. This fuzz uses one NOS BC183 and one BC109 transistor, each having been selected for the perfect gain for each position. An external bias control has also been included. This control has a center detent set at 5V with ability to drop as low as 2.9 and as high as 7V to coax a range of textures from the circuit.
