If you feel you have a temporary stiffness or pain issue then you could well benefit from this video! For lower back issues, this stance will help prevent over rotation and active shoulder lean. Learn the “turn the key” left hand release to help trap the ball and lower the flight.

Please do the warm up drills first to test your range of motion. This is very important.
