2-in-1 Sandesh Modak

Ingredients
• 400 g grated khoya
• 50 g sugar
• 50 g white chocolate
• ½ cup milk powder
• 1½ tsp cardamom powder
• 1 tsp rose water
• Few drops pink food colour
• Pistachios (for filling)
• Gold flakes (optional)

Method
1. Cook khoya on low flame till soft.
2. Add sugar, white chocolate, milk powder, and cardamom; cook till mixture tightens.
3. Remove 80% — this is the outer white layer.
4. To the remaining 20%, mix rose water + pink colour — this is the filling.
5. In a modak mould, press white mixture, add rose filling + pista, cover and shape.
6. Set for 1 hour, garnish with gold flakes.
