Had this installed by a licensed plumber during a new bathroom installation. The plumber didn't seem to take much of an interest in my complaint, now I have come to realize that my wife has made this tub/shower off limits for my kids due to its loud noise. I paid alot of $ for this bathroom and I hope that Moen will help me make it right.
