Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Aerith vs Midgarsormr Hard No Damage No Limit

This fight was kind of annoying because it has three phase transitions, Ice spells miss, and you don't want to stagger which Ice excels in. I had to work really hard to not stagger and it seems like he can't stagger when he's underground/untargetable. Once again if Aerith had better ATB building she would be so much more dangerous.

Equips are:
Weapon: Steadfast Block - Precision Defense - Skill Master - Speed Up - First Strike - Magic Up
Armor:
Ice - Swiftcast | Ice - Magic Focus | Ice - Mp Absorption | Enemy Skill - ATB Boost

Ceremonial Staff: Mag Atk +20 / ATB Rate +10% / Altrustic Buff Up/ Altruistic Buff Up

Genji Glove

I couldn't really think of which materia to use:

Elemental Fire on armor isn't needed with Gorgon Shield

Precision Defense is helpful, but isn't needed because you don't want to stagger

Elemental Ice / Luck Up extra damage isn't needed either. I don't even think MP absorb damage is needed always.

I ended up using speed up in place of ATB stagger, but who know if it's actually doing anything.
