Fully funded Scholarship USA| Global UGRAD semester exchange Program 2024, Application process

In 2010, the Global Undergraduate Semester Exchange Program - Pakistan (Global UGRAD-Pakistan) was initiated by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the U.S. Department of State. The program is managed in Pakistan by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) and in the United States by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX).

The Global UGRAD program quickly became highly popular among Pakistani university students. The inaugural group of 100 fellows from the 2010-11 Global UGRAD-Pakistan cohort returned to Pakistan to complete their undergraduate studies at local universities.

The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) places particular emphasis on encouraging applications from individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and remote areas who might not otherwise have access to such opportunities. The program also strongly encourages women, minorities, and people with disabilities to apply.
