C-V2K (Cerebral-Volumetric Voice-to-Skull) "Pulse Nova" is the United States' premier classified Directed Energy Weapon (DEW). It represents the evolution of neurological warfare, designed to neutralize high-density enemy personnel without the use of kinetic ballistics.
