Here's a recipe for delicious Cheese Corn Samosas:

Ingredients:
*For the Dough:*
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons oil
A pinch of salt
Water (as needed)

*For the Filling:*
1 cup boiled corn kernels
1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or any cheese of your choice)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

*For Frying:*
Oil

Instructions:

1. *Prepare the Dough:*
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and oil.
2. Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough.
3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.

2. *Prepare the Filling:*
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3. Add the green chilies (if using) and boiled corn. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
5. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
6. Once cooled, add the grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly.

3. *Assemble the Samosas:*
1. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin oval or round sheet.
2. Cut the sheet into two halves.
3. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape, sealing the edge with a little water.
4. Fill the cone with the cheese-corn mixture.
5. Seal the open edges by pressing them together with a little water.
6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.

4. *Fry the Samosas:*
1. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.
2. Fry the samosas in batches on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy.
3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
