Instant Pot Keema Pulao | Lamb Mince Pulao | Keema Pulao

A simple easy and yet delicious recipe, which can be done in just few minutes and the rest will taken care by your Instant Pot / In case if you don't have instant pot, your rice cooker or the electric cooked will do the charm for you. I believe this is best for kids lunch boxes, which is protein packed with veggies. So in here I have sautéed the lamb mince with veggies and spices for 10-12 mins, and then I add the basmati rice. Use the Instant Pot "Rice" mode for cooking. I have used Basmati rice, but you can always make with other varieties of rice too. One of my quick an easy recipe which can be done in less than 30min, hope you guys enjoy it. Waiting for your feedback!
