My monthly grocery run at Costco as an naturopathic doctor was a success. The organic pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein, healthy fat, and fiber. A whole bag of organic Brazil nuts caught my eye too; they're only $10 and provide a fantastic boost of selenium that's good for the thyroid.

I'm excited about the new batch of organic almond butter that I'll be adding to my smoothies; it pairs perfectly with sliced apples for a healthy snack.

I also picked up some Chosen food Mayo made with avocado oil; it's perfect for making salad dressing or adding to sandwiches.
Last but not least, I grabbed some wild-caught sardines as a healthy and quick meal option. They're amazing paired with the chosen food mayo and a squeeze of lemon juice. And at just $8 per bag, organic olives are another great find for me; they provide a fantastic source of monounsaturated fats that I love adding to my salads.
