In this edition of #thedailydoug, I'm reacting to music from Japanese metal band Babymetal for the first time. In fact, it's my first time wading into the Japanese metal genre! This band has been requested many times, and I'm starting with their most-viewed video on YouTube, which features their song Gimme Chocolate. I found the mixing of pop and metal sounds to be quite fun and new...especially the mixing of minor and major keys! I hope you enjoy!
