Around six years ago, Serious Keto was basically "Serious Chaffles". What began as just cheese and egg in a waffle maker morphed into countless bread and bun options, including an idea for a burger bun submitted by one of my viewers.

I've tweaked the original recipe a bit to make it a bit more sturdy (so that it can stand up to a juicy burger) and utilized a mini food processor to create a more uniform taste/texture.
