Vegan version of the famous Italian cookies Baci di Dama, also known as "Lady's Kisses". Although the traditional version is made with hazelnuts, we chose to make them with almonds and they turned out delicious. Easy, simple and quick recipe!

150g coconut oil
40g brown sugar
80g white sugar (It can be all brown if you prefer)
8g vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
150g ground almonds
160g wheat flour
60g black chocolate
60ml almond milk

Versión vegana de las famosas galletas italianas Baci di Dama. Aunque la versión tradicional está hecha con avellanas, nosotros optamos por hacerlas con almendras y quedaron deliciosas. Es una receta muy sencilla, fácil y rápida.

80g azúcar blanco (Se puede utilizar todo azúcar moreno)
8g azúcar vainillado
Una pizca de sal
150g almendra molida
160g harina de trigo
60g chocolate negro
60ml leche de almendras
