3Dfx Voodoo 3 2000 PCI: Missing Capacitors and funny driver trivia

Let's have a look at this Voodoo 3 2000 with PCI interface. The card works, but it does have a few minor issues. The card was saved from a recycling center many years ago - now it's time to make sure this card will continue to render retro-games with 3Dfx's Glide API!
