‘ed’ endings can be pronounced as a /d/ if it follows a voiced consonant sound. Examples of elision of voiced 'ed' endings:
We cleaned the house.
He smiled kindly.
I streamed Batman last night.

‘ed’ endings can be pronounced as a /d/ if it follows a voiced consonant sound. Examples of elision of unvoiced 'ed' endings:
I love mashed potatoes.
We missed the game last night.
He laughed so hard.

When ‘ed’ endings are followed by a vowel sound, the /d/ and /t/ ‘ed’ links to the following vowel sound:
They lived in London.
She danced all night

The schwa /ə/ often stays, though very weak, after a consonant sound:
Gone away
Have another
Did occasionally
Some exception

A good way to practice is to use the passive voice:
Subject + be + past participle + adverbial
The criminal was chased by the police.

Passive prectice:
The criminal was chased by the police.
Many cars are produced in Japan.
The windows were cleaned yesterday.
The game has been called off.
Lunch is served from 12 to 2.
The zebra was killed by the lion
It’s been finished for ages.
