So, since dolphin can do this for a while now I wondered, can we do it on console as well? And yes, it seems to run just as good as expected. It has the exact same bugs as dolphin where it takes forever for the warps to actually work and the game runs ever so slightly faster than it normally does.
Here is the cheat for all programs and emulators, NTSC only:

Place the .gct file into a folder called "codes" on the root of the device where your games are on and enable cheats in nintendont.
