Heat Capacity & Specific Heat🔴 Chemistry for Class 11

Описание к видео Heat Capacity & Specific Heat🔴 Chemistry for Class 11

In this Thermodynamics (Chemistry) video in Hindi for Class 11 we explained what heat capacity of a body is. We also discussed on specific heat capacity and molar heat capacity.

Heat capacity or thermal capacity is a physical property of matter, defined as the amount of heat to be supplied to an object to produce a unit change in its temperature.

Specific heat capacity of a substance is the heat capacity of a sample of the substance divided by the mass of the sample, also sometimes referred to as massic heat capacity or as the specific heat.

Molar heat capacity of a chemical substance is the amount of energy that must be added, in the form of heat, to one mole of the substance in order to cause an increase of one unit in its temperature.
