TALISAY, Batangas - At least 1,000 dancers paraded on the streets of this town Thursday to celebrate this year's PUNLAD (punla sa pag-unlad), a thanksgiving feast for the abundant seedling produce. 

Locals and tourists alike gathered around town to watch street dancers perform in colorful and flowery costumes as they celebrate the annual festival.
