The Sanctuary Day

“As the year crawls to it’s end....”

These are the first words I wrote over a year ago regarding the new project I called
‘The Sanctuary”.
And now, as an another year crawls to it’s end I finished the project.
It is a concept album, in fact I see it as one song, divided in eight parts.
The atmosphere, the feeling, the structure and experience is quite the same in the whole recording.
It’s all about contemplation, self reflection and humility.
Although I did not write a lot of lyrics for this album, they are very important, creating the storyline and helping to understand the meaning of the music.
The music is in a way “healing” but done in my own way, not to compare with the traditional healing music.
There’s a big role for the lead guitar, in a soft melodic way.
I really think it’s worth while listening to, so if you have some spare time......
