This years annual Hermanus whale festival once again lived up to it's reputation as one of world's top land based whale watching events. Every year around this time, hundreds of Southern Right whales make their way from chilly Antarctic waters to the warm waters of Walker Bay in the Western Cape and all of them come for just one particular reason, CGTN's Travers Andrews has this report.
