Masala/ Brinjal Masala / Egg Plant Masala Recipe is a dish that is made of small brinjals stuffed with masala, and packed with flavours from rich vibrant tomatoes and onions( No ginger garlic used). Ingredients:
Small brinjal - 500 gms
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
bay leaves -2
Cloves - 3 to 4
Onion -1
Turmeric power- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Roasted ground nut powder - 100gms
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
