This is the no intros version of my ultimate Harry Potter pointe class for all level dancers! These exercises are perfect for everyone from professional ballet dancers to beginners who are trying to strengthen their feet. We focus on foot and leg stamina, articulation, and pure strength. This is simple but HARD class, so pace yourself! Don't expect to do it all the first time! Build up to it!
