Can I BEAT Pokemon Sword with ONLY Bulbasaur?

In this challenge video I will be trying to complete Pokemon Sword only using a Bulbasaur and using no items in battle. Sword and Shield recently added some new Pokemon with the addition of Pokemon Home. Among these additions was the Kanto Pokemon Bulbasaur.
