Today in this video i’am making chicken momos which is very tasty and juicy.Chicken momo is very difficult to make juicy as you all know chicken meat after it was fully cooked it’s turned dry.So guys with little tips and tricks you can make chicken momos very juicy which i’am going to share in this recipe.
(1) Always buy whole chicken
(2)Don’t separate skin from chicken meat
(3)ALways make keema (minced) skin on.
Skin contain lots of fat this fat is going to make your momo juicy doesn’t need to add any oil or butter.

Ingredients for stuffing
2 medium onion (chopped)
2 inches ginger (make a fine paste)
1 bunch coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt according to your taste
1 Chicken cube (knorr brand)

For wrap
All purpose flour (Maida) 1and 1/2 cup (measuring cup)
Little bit of salt
Water as required to knead a dough

For Soup
Chicken Bones
1Chicken cube
Left over vegetables optional
Salt according to your taste

For chutney
1small tomato
Dry red chilli (few)
Salt
3 stalks of coriander leaves
1/2 lemon juice
