PICKLED CABBAGE RECIPE - GUT HEALTH
My dad has been having problems with digestion and as an 88 year old man things isn't easy managing his diet. So this week I have made a really quick and simple recipe to alleviate this. However, pickled cabbage is not just a practical to solution to improving gut health but a really delicious condiment, topping, dressing for so many meals.

The spices I have chosen can be swapped out with your own favourites like, caraway seeds, fenugreek, Fresh chilli's in fact anything you fancy.

So give this a try and liven up your vegan burgers, salads, wraps, stews, vegan hot dogs etc.
