William Levy visits Tower of David

Cuban-American actor William Levy toured the historical and archaeological site of Jerusalem's Tower of David on Sunday (02APR2017).
Levy accompanied by his partner Elizabeth Gutierrez and their two children walked along the ancient fortifications, as the iconic Tower of David was in the background.
Levy is the guest of Israel's tourism ministry and is visiting Israel for the first time.
"I always wanted to come here, my grandfather was Jewish. You know, I didn't grew up next to my father so I literally grew up next to him and my grandmother and my mom. So, my grandfather used to tell me about Israel, about the Jews, all about our community, you know? When he passed away I was ten years old so I had this thing that I had to come here you know and know where I come from and what I am" he said.
Levi said his future plans include two upcoming movies.
"We have a couple of movies coming up about a book that we bought the rights to. It's called "Killing Sarai." It's a very good project that we have and we really love and another Cuban project that we want to talk about too that we want to show a little of what Cubans go through and if we get to do it it has to do with a love story about a guy from Cuba and a girl from Israel. We're trying to make it happen so let's see if we can make it" he said.
Levy rose to fame in Spanish soap operas and the non-stop coverage of his personal life in the tabloids.
The former model has been listed as People en Espanol's 2012 "Sexiest Man Alive."
