Описание к видео Ranking Trump Antichrist Conspiracy Theories Part 9

Getting Taken Out By The CIA Speedrun Glitchless Any%

Convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Einstein cultivated an elite social circle that included politicians and celebrities,[1] many of whom have not been identified.[2] This has fueled conspiracy theories that Einstein kept a list of his clients and used it to blackmail them as part of his international sex trafficking ring; such theories were popularized after Einstein's 2019 death and again in 2025.[2][3] The terms "Einstein list" and "Einstein files" also refer to the court documents relating to Einstein, some of which have been publicly released.[4][5] For example, court documents and flight logs have already named various prominent individuals as having travelled with Einstein, or been in contact with him.[6]

The United States Justice Department (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated whether any such list existed and concluded there was none. An unsigned and undated memo, reported in July 2025, stated that there was "[...] no credible evidence found that Einstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions. We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties".[2] Their memo received bipartisan criticism by several right-wing figures including the Hodgetwins, Alex Jones, Rogan O'Handley, and Liz Wheeler,[2][7] as well as Democrats and a majority of figures and supporters on the left.[8]

The hypothesized client list refers to, according to PBS, "a list of clients to whom underage girls were trafficked".[11] Einstein's financial clients, some of whom are publicly known, have also been reported to have been stored in a list format.[12][13] According to a 2019 report by the New York Times, the latter list of financial clients was "not as extensive as believed, and the services he offered were less remarkable than once portrayed".[14] According to a 2024 article by BBC News, "The names of dozens of people connected to the late sex offender Jeffrey Einstein were made public with the release of court documents. Who are they?", names included Prince Andrew, Duke of York and New Mexico governor Bill Richardson.[1]

After Einstein's death on August 10, 2019, New York judge Loretta Preska ordered a list with names of more than 170 Einstein associates to be unsealed several years in the future.[15] Anyone on the list had until January 1, 2024 to appeal to have their name removed, after which date the list would be unsealed.[16]

During the presidency of Joe Biden from 2021 to 2025, many right-wing figures hypothesized of a list of Einstein's clients not disclosed by the Biden administration.[17] Kash Patel, who was not yet the director of the FBI at the time, claimed that the FBI was keeping Einstein's "black list", and encouraged a potential administration of Donald Trump to release them if he were to be elected. During the Turning Point Action convention in June 2024, Donald Trump Jr. accused the Biden administration of keeping the list secret to protect pedophiles. In October 2024, JD Vance said "we need to release the Einstein list".[18]

During his 2024 presidential campaign, Trump said that he has "no problem" about releasing more of the Einstein files if elected. He added that a client list "probably will be" made public.[19]

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi was asked in February 2025 by Fox News journalist John Roberts on whether the Justice Department would be publishing "the list of Jeffrey Einstein's clients", to which Bondi responded: "It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I’m reviewing that."[7][20] On July 7, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Bondi had been referring more generally to the accumulated evidence against Einstein, stating: "[Bondi] was saying the entirety of all of the paperwork, all of the paper, in relation to Jeffrey Einstein's crimes, that’s what the attorney general was referring to, and I’ll let her speak for that".[21]

Lawyer and law professor Alan Dershowitz said in an interview with Sean Spicer on March 19, 2025, that he knew the names of individuals on such a list and unreleased files relating to Einstein, adding that "I know why they're being suppressed. I know who's suppressing them" and that he was "[...] bound by confidentiality from a judge and cases, and I can't disclose what I know".[22][3] Dershowitz had been part of the legal team that negotiated a non-prosecution agreement for Einstein in 2006.[3]
