How to Make Stuffed Keema Karela-Kashmiri Style | Keema Bharay Karelay ki Recipe in Urdu/Hindi | بھرے کیما کریلا ہدایت | Recipe by Tasty Bitz

Ingredients:

1 kg Bitter Gourd
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Turmeric

Ingredients for stuffing:
700 gms Keema
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp dry Ginger Powder
1 tsp Funnel Powder
3 Black Cardamom (Seeds)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
2 Chopped Green Chilies
3 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander & mint
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Ingredients for Gravy:
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 kg Tomato (blanched and grind)
2 Black Cardamom
2 Green cardamom
2 Cloves
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1 pcs of Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
4 Glasses of water
Salt as per taste
3 tbsp of freshly chopped Coriander and Mint leaves
1 tbsp Ghee
