About this company: established in September 1985, Juniper Hotels owns seven luxury hotels and serviced apartments totalling 1,836 rooms across Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur, and Hampi. Co-owned by Saraf Hotels Ltd and Two Seas Holdings Ltd. Juniper Hotels' CEO Varun Saraf and CMD Arun Kumar Saraf elaborated on the IPO's details and fund allocation in an interview with BTTV's Sakshi Batra.
