Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has challenged Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, to lead the fight against the sale and consumption of Muguka, as he has done with the anti-drug and alcohol campaign in Mt. Kenya region. This comes as leaders from the North Eastern part of the country joined their counterparts from the coastal region in calling for the ban of muguka.
