Chiang Mai Nightlife | Local Festivities | Carnival at Hang Dong

This night, or rather evening, we go out to the Carnival at Hang Dong, Changwat Chiang Mai. This district of Chiang Mai Province is located South-South East of the city. Local people can have a good time on a festival like this. This fair is held annually at the end of the year.

There seem to be no restrictions for local festivals like this in Thailand. Yes, we see people wearing facemasks but there is no distancing or a limited number of people gathering around. The Chiang Mai Province must be the best place to be this period, at the end of 2020.
