The prospect of heading back to school is exciting for so many students, but it's also a bittersweet end to months of fun and relaxation.

As thousands of students head to bed on Labor Day, some may be feeling first-day jitters or experiencing nerves ahead of a new year and new adventures, with the potential for unfamiliar experiences.

At the Green Bay Area Public School District's welcome back bash last week, some students shared their advice for others ahead of the first day.
