I went to the mountains of West Bengal to explore Tagore's home then hit the main market to see what's available and to eat some incredible Bengali street food. We'll cover Paratha at a small auntie's restaurant, Momos, Taipo (Big Momo), Phale, Buffalo stomach soup with dried rice, and Fumbi. We ate like a local in Kalimpong.
