A Fine Vintage is an assassination challenge in Hitman 3: The Farewell campaign at Mendoza, Argentina.
To complete the challenge, 47 need to infiltrate Don Yates' retirement farewell party, and eliminate both Don Archibald Yates and Tamara Vidal with a fiber wire and exfiltrate via boat without changing his outfit.
