Mogwai: Teenage Exorcists / Remurdered / My Father, My King [live@Melt!]

After their 2011 studio album, »Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will«, and the soundtrack for the French zombie TV show, »Les Revenants«, the Scottish post-rock pioneers went back into the studio to record their eighth full-length album, »Rave Tapes«, which they released in 2014, elegantly balancing soft ambient tunes and distorted guitar walls. At Melt! 2015, we celebrated Mogwai's 20th anniversary.

Nach ihrem letzten Studioalbum »Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will« und dem Soundtrack zur französischen Zombie-TV-Serie »Les Revenants« legten die schottischen Postrock-Pioniere 2014 mit ihrem achten Studioalbum »Rave Tapes« nach, dynamisch die Grenzen zwischen sanften Ambient und verzerrten Gitarrenwänden auslotend. Beim Melt! 2015 feierten wir Mogwais 20-jähriges Jubiläum!
