Phil Guerrero (aka PJ Fresh Phil) is talking to Snit about a toy car just before Sailor Moon airs. He gets a little carried away, momentarily forgetting it's a children's show, and makes an inappropriate adult joke.

After he freezes up, note the laughter from the control room, and his co-host's reaction. :)
