Today, I share a delicious and healthy sahjan ki sabji, popular as drumstick potato curry. This drumstick curry is an easy recipe made in 15 minutes in the pressure cooker.

This Sahjan ki Sabji recipe is a Sindhi-style dish without onion and garlic, and trust me, this drumstick curry tastes delightful even without it. If you wish, add the onions before adding the masalas, saute them until golden, and follow the recipe.

Recipe:
Ingredients:-
Potato (आलू) - 3
Tomato (टमाटर ) - 4 tomato (puree / प्यूरी)
Drumstick (सहजन) - 2
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
Asafoetida (हींग) - ¼ tsp
2 green chili, ½ inch ginger, fresh coriander
(२ हरी मिर्च, ½ इंच अदरक, ताजा धनिया)
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - ¾ tbsp
Kitchen King Masala (किचन किंग मसाला) - ¼ tsp
Water (पानी) - ¼ cup
Sugar (चीनी) - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक) - as per taste
